DI = memory card offset (4K units)

Return:
CF clear if successful
AH destroyed
CF set on error
AH = error code (01h,02h,07h,08h,11h) (see #00656)

Notes: This function is only valid for memory-mapped windows. The socket being operated on is implied by the previous AH=89h call
