AL = status 00h successful FFh not yet written to disk
Desc: Verify that a transaction has actually been written to disk
Notes: This function is supported by NetWare 4.0+ and Advanced NetWare 1.0+. Transactions are written to disk in the order in which they are ended, but it may take as much as five seconds for the data to be written
