AX = 0023h
BX = screen space column of left edge
CX = screen space column of right edge
DX = screen space row of top edge
SI = screen space row of bottom edge
ES:DI -> dithering matrix (video-mode dependent)

Notes: The FGDRIVER functions are rearranged with each major release, but their parameters do not change (see #03474 at AX=0000h). This call is ignored in text modes
