AX = 0037h
BX = desired character height in scan lines (8, 14, 16)

Notes: The FGDRIVER functions are rearranged with each major release, but their parameters do not change (see #03474 at AX=0000h). This call is ignored if the current mode is not a VGA or SVGA graphics mode, or the specified character height is not 8, 14, or 16
