Notes: The FGDRIVER functions are rearranged with each major release, but their parameters do not change (see #03474 at AX=0000h). The SPR file is created from the specified region of the active video page; the left and right edges are adjusted to byte boundaries if necessary. If the specified file already exists, it is overwritten. This call is ignored in text modes
