AX = 007Bh
ES:BX -> masks (16-byte screen mask followed by 16-byte cursor mask)
CX = X offset of hot spot from upper left corner
DX = Y offset of hot spot from upper left corner

Notes: The FGDRIVER functions are rearranged with each major release, but their parameters do not change (see #03474 at AX=0000h). This call is ignored in text modes
