Notes: The FGDRIVER functions are rearranged with each major release, but their parameters do not change (see #03474 at AX=0000h). Pixels which are in any of the colors defined as transparent with "FG_TCMASK" (see AX=00C5h) are left unchanged in the destination region. The source and destination regions must not overlap if they are located on the same page. This call is ignored in text modes
