Notes: The FGDRIVER functions are rearranged with each major release, but their parameters do not change (see #03474 at AX=0000h). This call resets the active video page to page 0000h, the clipping region to the entire screen, text rows to 25, etc.. In the shareware version, FGDRIVER sets the word pointed at by ES:DX to 9090h after it shows the shareware announcement to the user
